Ryan Bowers brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning, and process optimization. As Vice President of Operations at Vheda Health, Ryan leads the Member Experience and Shipping teams, driving operational excellence to support the company’s mission of advancing health equity through virtual health engagement. Before joining Vheda Health, Ryan served as Senior Director of Operations at Episource, where he implemented data-driven strategies that enhanced scalability and reduced costs. Prior to Episource, Ryan was the Sr. Director of Operations, where his data-driven leadership resulted in a 75% reduction in rework, saving $10 million over two years, and improved client satisfaction. Ryan also has extensive expertise in call center operations, compliance oversight, and automation initiatives. Ryan holds an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland and a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on Operations Management from Susquehanna University. He is a certified Six Sigma
