Philip Rub is the President, Board Member, and co-founder of Vheda Health, where he leads the company’s mission to improve healthcare outcomes for Medicaid and Medicare populations through virtual health engagement. With over 20 years of experience, Philip has held leadership roles at Anthem and Resolution Health, where he developed innovative strategies in health analytics and care management. His work has been pivotal in driving cost savings and enhancing member engagement for some of the nation's largest payors. Philip holds an MBA from the University of Maryland – College Park and a BS from Mount St. Mary’s College.
