Philip Rub - President, Co-Founder & Board Member
Philip Rub, President and co-founder of Vheda Health, spearheads operational excellence, delivering over 3:1 ROI for health plan partners. Formerly at Resolution Health and Anthem, he developed clinical-evidence-based rules engines and evaluated ROI for case and disease management programs, impacting 33 million insured lives. Philip holds an MBA from the University of Maryland – College Park and a BS from Mount St. Mary’s College.
