Candice Martin - Human Resources Director

Candice brings more than 15 years of strategic human resources leadership across global, mission-driven, and high-growth environments. At Vheda Health, she leads the Human Resources function and directs workforce planning, organizational development, and people operations to support rapid expansion and operational excellence. Her work centers on building scalable people systems, strengthening leadership capability, and creating equitable, high-performing workplaces. Candice is known for a thoughtful, people-first approach and her ability to partner with executives to align strategy, culture, and organizational needs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and the SHRM-SCP certification.
