I understand because the Vheda Health care package contains medical devices it cannot be returned.
I understand that annual subscriptions are non-refundable and will automatically renew one year from date of purchase. Cancellation of an annual subscription will result in program termination on the last day of the subscription year.
I understand that monthly subscriptions will automatically renew each month and upon request to cancel, the member will have access to the program 30 days from date of last payment.
I understand the initial care package, monthly and annual subscription fees do not include the cost of replacement devices, i.e. if a device is lost or broken.
I understand the Vheda Friends & Family Program does not replace medical care nor can the Vheda Support Team diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or condition. I will seek the advice of a trusted medical professional as needed.
I understand the Vheda Health Friends & Family program does not send device readings to family members, caretakers, or medical professionals. The member can share device reading data with others through email and faxing within the Vheda Health app.
I understand the Vheda Support Team does not consist of licensed medical professionals and they do not provide medical advice. The Vheda Support Team does treat all members like their own family and in the event of an out-of-range reading will help to connect the member to a trusted medical professional, such as calling the member’s doctor’s office or their health plan’s nurse triage team.
I understand Check-in Calls for out-of-range device readings occur during business hours and are not offered 24 hours a day. If a member has an out-of-range reading outside of 8AM – 8PM EST and does not have an in-range reading prior to the next business day, the member will receive a Check-in Call the next business day.
